 Our 1.5% listing fee covers full, focused approach from start to finish. That includes pricing strategy, staging advice, high-quality photography, marketing across MLS and top real estate platforms, showings, negotiation, and transaction coordination—everything you’d expect from a full-service listing, but at a more competitive rate. This fee applies to the listing side only. Any compensation offered to a cooperating buyers agent is negotiable. According to current industry guidelines.
